This Privacy Policy explains how Wild Whisperer ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, our mobile and web applications, and the management dashboard (together, the "Service"). It also describes your rights under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar laws. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
Who we are (data controller)

Information we collect
- Account information such as your name and email address when you sign up.
- Reminder and content data you create, including titles, times, notes, and assignments to other people.
- Dashboard data such as the spaces, members, and settings you manage from the web dashboard.
- Usage and device data such as device type, operating system, app version, language, and how you interact with the Service, used to operate and improve it.
- Advertising and cookie identifiers such as a mobile advertising ID or cookie IDs, used to deliver and measure ads in the ad-supported free plan (see "Advertising").
How we use information
- To provide and operate the Service, including delivering reminders and notifications.
- To create and secure your account and authenticate you across the app and dashboard.
- To communicate with you about updates, security, and support.
- To display and measure advertising in the free, ad-supported plan, and to manage subscriptions for paid plans.
- To improve and develop new features, and to keep the Service safe and free from abuse.
- To comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

- Performance of a contract — to create your account and provide the reminders, app, and dashboard you ask for.
- Legitimate interests — to secure, improve, and measure the Service, and to show ads in the free plan, balanced against your rights.
- Consent — for non-essential cookies, personalised advertising where required, and any optional marketing; you can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.
The app and the dashboard
The mobile and web app processes the reminders, alarms, schedules, and assignments you create so notifications can be delivered to the right people at the right time. Notification delivery relies on third-party platform services (for example, Apple Push Notification service, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, or your browser's push service), which process device tokens on our behalf.
The management dashboard is the web area where account owners and administrators manage spaces, members, roles, billing, and settings. Actions taken in the dashboard (such as inviting or removing members) are logged so the account owner can keep the account secure and accurate. Administrators can access the account and reminder data within the spaces they manage; please only invite people you trust with that data.
Advertising
The free plan is supported by advertising. Ads may appear in the app and dashboard, similar to the dashboard experience, and are provided by third-party advertising partners. To serve and measure ads, these partners may process device or cookie identifiers, approximate location, and limited interaction data. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before showing personalised ads, and you can use the consent controls in the Service (and your device's ad-settings) to opt out of personalised advertising. Paid plans are designed to be ad-free; the available plans and any limits will be confirmed when pricing launches.
Cookies and similar technologies
On the website we use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics (Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics), and — in the ad-supported experience — advertising. You can manage non-essential cookies through the consent controls where shown and through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the Service work.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers and partners who help us operate the Service — for example hosting, notification delivery, analytics, payment processing, and advertising partners — and only as needed to provide the Service, or when required by law. These parties are bound by contracts that limit how they may use your data.
International data transfers
We and our service providers may process your information in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA, UK, or your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to protect it.
Data retention

Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date, and where required we will notify you.
